Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the operations of HANDS at Notre Dame
- Design and implement volunteer recruitment strategy
- Assist with fundraising strategy and development plan
- Implement human resources model, coordinating events for staff members

Requirements
- Minimum of a B.A.
- Background in Business/management
- Experience in nonprofit/volunteer work, management and financial planning
- Ability to work 6-8 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Assist with the design and implementation of the volunteer recruitment strategy
- Meet with professors and deans to talk to them about HANDS
- Organize activities on campus in order to raise awareness
- Evaluate means to reach and increase potential volunteers through social media

Requirements
- Experience in coordinating events
- Interest in volunteerism issues
- Ability to work 3-5 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Inspire new supporters to donate to the cause
- Maintain and develop relationship with existing donors
- Design and implement fundraising strategy based on portfolio segmentation
- Organize fundraising events
- Raise awareness about the organization by talking to potential donors
- Manage and update database to record donor contact and preference info
- Create material (presentations) to be presented to potential donors

Requirements
- Experience in sales, pitching, negotiation, public relations or portfolio management
- Experience with public speaking
- Ability to understand budget management
- Business major a plus
- Computer skills
- Ability to work 4-6 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Write articles, news and blogs about HANDS programs and related topics to volunteering, philanthropy and social ventures
- Assist with editing of website information, advertisement materials, etc

- English/Journalism major preferred
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work 3-5 hours per week
